For the chocolate version, stir the Fairtrade cocoa into the rest of the batter and fill the other mold with it. The chocolate version tastes extra good with a teaspoon of peanut butter as the core.

Top the cakes with chopped dark Fairtrade chocolate, nuts or other optional ingredients and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

You can change the ingredients to your liking. Instead of peanut butter also fits Almond butter or hazelnut butter good with it and you can replace the dates with any sweetener, for example: maple syrup, concentrated apple juice, date syrup or sugar alternatives such as stevia or birch sugar.

- Baked oats without banana: For a more neutral taste, you can divide the banana by 100 grams apple meat or crushed with 1.5 tablespoons flaxseed mix with 5 tablespoons herbal milk (allow to infuse before use). Alternatively, the baked oats also work well if you simply omit the banana and add a little more milk or herbal yoghurt instead. But because the banana has too much sweetness with it, you may need to sweeten this one.
- Baked oats with liquid core: To this you give a teaspoon of peanut butter, jam, some chocolate, chocolate cream or a click vegan yogurt or vegan cream cheese mixed with maple syrup in the middle of ramekin.
- Additional toppings and ingredients: In addition to chocolate and nuts, grated coconut, kakaonibsdried fruit, blueberry or chopped fresh fruit very good in the recipe.
