The delicious carrot stew is a hearty soup with carrot slices, diced potatoes and a hearty and spicy meat ingredient – and although the stew tastes really good, the food is quite cheap: A large stew, which you can easily eat for several days, is already prepared for five to seven euros, depending on the price of the minced meat. Ingredients for delicious carrot stew: you need it
Ingredients: You need 1 kilo of carrots, half a kilo of potatoes, 500 grams of minced meat, an onion, a clove of garlic, about two to three liters of vegetable stock, salt, pepper, paprika powder and chopped chives.

Here’s how: Peel the carrots and cut them into fine slices – this is best done with a grater or a suitable food processor, so the slices will look nice and even. If you do not have such an appliance on hand, you can of course also use a knife.

Also peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Then put the vegetable broth in a large saucepan, add the carrots and simmer on medium heat for about five minutes. Then add the diced potatoes and cook until the vegetables are done.
Peel the onion and garlic clove and fry both in a saucepan with a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. When the vegetables are cooked, season the soup thoroughly with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the minced meat and onion mixture and mix well.
