You need for two people: 2 thin turkey scallops, each about 180 grams (you can also use chicken breast), salt, paprika powder, 200 grams of mushroom slices (can also be frozen), 1 tablespoon pesto, 2 tablespoons crème fraîche, 90 grams of cheese, grated. It can be mountain cheese, Gouda or Emmental, a little butter, a suitable stew or other heat-resistant form

And here’s how to prepare the au gratin turkey: Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (200 degrees for a convection oven). Wash the turkey chops, dry them and season with salt and paprika powder. Place side by side in the pan form.
