Fruity, spicy, delicious: Make your own vegan tomato butter
Today we show you how to prepare vegan tomato butter. This is not difficult at all and does not require more than a handful of ingredients.
And this is how it is done:
- Remove the butter from the fridge in time so that it is soft enough.
- Let the tomatoes drain. Wash the basil and shake dry. Peel a clove of garlic. Then finely chop the tomatoes and basil and squeeze out the garlic (or mash them together).
- Now mix these ingredients well with the butter and then taste with salt and pepper. Then put the tomato butter back in the fridge to solidify again until it is to be served. And that’s all!
