Frying cauliflower does not require much effort. We show you a recipe that can be prepared with just a few ingredients and that is still good – without breading.

So you can be sure that your food is free from harmful residues.
Frying cauliflower: how to make
Fried cauliflower without breading

Remove stem and green leaves from cauliflower. Divide it into small bouquets and rinse them under running water.

Pat the cauliflower bouquets dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Heat enough cooking oil in a saucepan to immerse the cauliflower completely in the oil. Use a narrow pan to use less oil. You can test if the oil is hot enough as follows: Hold the wooden handle on a tablespoon or a skewer in the oil. As soon as small bubbles form around the stem, you can start frying the cauliflower.

Add bouquets to the pot in batches and let them fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Take them out of the pot when they are golden brown.

Then place the fried cauliflower on a clean kitchen towel to drain off the remaining oil.

Now you can season the fried cauliflower with salt and paprika powder. Other spices are also good, such as pepper, garlic, curry or chili powder.
