What does an Easter bunny like to munch on? That’s right, carrots! So if you want to stay true to the motto, cook a delicious carrot soup as an appetizer. Of course, one of the menus strikes a fresh tone – and carrot soup is super light: Boil carrots, potatoes, celery and a whole lot of spices in vegetable broth until all the ingredients are soft.

Our spice favorites: Fresh herbs such as chives, curry and cayenne pepper for a spicy spice and a little ginger. Season with salt and pepper. A prepared steak is enough for the whole family and is a delicious protein after a vegetable soup. If you like it juicy and tender, go for a rolled steak.

And it’s actually quite uncomplicated: coat a pork neck with roasted onions, dried meat, mustard and spices and roll it up. It is best to tie it with rust string. Then cook either in the oven or grill on a contact grill as from WMF *. The advantage: Thanks to sensor technology, the grill shows when the meat has reached the perfect cooking point. It does not dry out and melts nicely in the mouth.

Easter meal idea: A light dessert for those who are craving sweets

A delicious Easter meal ends with a delicious dessert. If you do not have much time to prepare, a glass dessert is a good choice. The dessert can be prepared the night before and placed in the fridge overnight. This allows the aromas to develop much better. Our tip: a fruity parfait with either yogurt, lean quark or mascarpone.

As a lager dessert in glass, the dessert also looks good. To do this, crumble the cakes you choose in the glass * as the first layer and top with a cream, refined with sugar. Drape any fruit on top.
